Required Qualifications & Experience
- With Technical Diploma
- Minimum 2 to 5 relevant experience in FRP composite boat building, commercial and/or military ship building and/or repairs.
- With 2 years of experience in industrial environment
- To be familiar with composite boat building techniques and methods
- Knowledge of composite materials (glass fibers, resins, cores)
- Knowledge of mixing and application of resins and fibers
- Basic knowledge of molds and plugs
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Follow Lamination supervisor’s direction in composite boat building
- Build boats as per the specifications and drawings
- Cut and prepare glass fibers and cores
- Mix and apply resins and fibers as per standard
- Adhere to quality control procedures
- Work in adaptable and changing situations
- Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and procedures
Work Details
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Work Location: Anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Work Area: Offshore & Onshore
