F. Gheewala Human Resource Consultants is urgently hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a leading steel and aluminium manufacturing company in Romania. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC operators looking to work abroad with a reputed international employer. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture precision components as per technical drawings.
- Create, modify, and load machining programs using Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Securely position and clamp workpieces, perform machining operations, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct drilling, threading, grooving, and other machining operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect finished components, perform minor manual finishing, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, CNC Machining, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine setup, operation, and program loading.
- Proficiency in Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Experience in drilling, threading, grooving, and precision machining operations.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and manual finishing techniques.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
