Urgent Requirement – Civil Foreman (UAE)
Bright International Manpower Professionals is urgently hiring experienced Civil Foreman for reputed clients in the United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled construction supervisors with underground utility and CAT scan drawing expertise.
Job Details
- Position: Civil Foreman
- Location: UAE
- Rotation: 28 Days On / 28 Days Off
- Employment Type: Contract / Full-time (as per UAE project norms)
- Joining: Immediate / Urgent
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in UAE or Gulf projects
- Knowledge of CAT Scan (Cable Avoidance Tool) for underground utility detection
- Ability to read, interpret and mark up Underground (UG) Service Drawings
- Strong understanding of excavation, shoring, and utility diversion works
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil works at project sites in UAE
- Read underground service drawings and coordinate with utility authorities
- Use CAT scan equipment to detect underground cables and pipelines before excavation
- Mark excavation routes accurately and update as-built drawings
- Manage workforce, materials, and safety compliance on site
- Ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards
Rotation & Compensation
The selected candidate will work on a 28 days on / 28 days off rotation. The company offers an attractive salary package, accommodation, transport, and other benefits as per UAE labour law. Exact terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
