Roles & Responsibilities
CDP – Bakery/Pastry
- Prepare and present bakery and pastry items as per company standards.
- Supervise junior commis and ensure quality and hygiene.
- Manage daily production requirements and maintain consistency.
Commi 1, Commi 2 & Commi 3 – Bakery/Pastry
- Assist in preparation, baking, plating, and finishing of bakery/pastry products.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and support senior chefs during service.
Production Supervisor – Chocolate
- Supervise chocolate production line, packing, and quality checks.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with workers and maintain documentation.
Quality Assurance – Quality
- Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods quality.
- Implement food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare quality reports and coordinate with production team.
