Job Description
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Chief Operations Officer for a leading Oil & Gas company in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IoT, Telematics, Energy Management, or Industrial Automation. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive digital transformation and system alignment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Manage KPIs, SOPs, CRM, ERP, and NPS.
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in IoT, Telematics, Energy Management, or Industrial Automation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Marine Engineering, or Energy Management.
- Business Transformation experience (for another role, but we are focusing on COO).
- Knowledge of KPIs, SOPs, CRM, ERP, NPS.
