General Requirements for All Candidates
- Nationality: Indian
- Gender: Male
- Age: 25–28 years old (BOH Chef roles: 25–32 years old)
- Experience: Must have GCC experience
Cuisine and Section Experience
Candidates should have relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
Section 1: Pizza / Burgers / Fries / Italian Cuisine Team
- Pizza preparation

Section 2: Arabic and Lebanese Cuisine / Butchery / Sauces / Pastry / Bakery
