Consolidated Contractors Company SAL (CCC) for their prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are actively seeking skilled and experienced professionals for multiple Chargehand positions. Only candidates with prior Gulf experience will be considered.

Available Positions & Job Requirements
1. CHARGEHAND CARPENTRY
- Primary Skills: Expert in all aspects of carpentry work, formwork installation and dismantling, and constructing wooden structures.
- Role: Supervising carpentry teams, ensuring quality formwork for concrete structures, and maintaining safety standards.
2. CHARGEHAND MASONRY
- Primary Skills: Proficient in brickwork, blockwork, plastering (internal & external), and all masonry finishing works.
- Role: Leading masonry squads, ensuring precision in laying and finishing, and managing material usage efficiently.
3. CHARGEHAND STEEL FIXING
- Primary Skills: Expertise in rebar cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement as per structural drawings.
- Role: Overseeing reinforcement activities, ensuring correct bar placement, and coordinating with the civil team.
4. CHARGEHAND CIVIL
- Primary Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of general civil works, formwork alignment, concreting operations, and site supervision.
- Role: Supervising various civil activities, ensuring work complies with specifications, and managing on-site labor.
5. CHARGEHAND SCAFFOLDING
- Primary Skills: Highly proficient in scaffolding erection, dismantling, inspection, and strict adherence to safety compliance protocols.
- Role: Leading scaffolding crews, ensuring all scaffolding is safe and fit for purpose, and conducting toolbox talks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory: Proven work experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of workers.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a project environment.
Project & Location Details
Selected candidates will be deployed to major construction projects undertaken by Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
