Positions Available
We are recruiting for the following cement plant and industrial professionals:
1. Head of Accounting (AP, AR & GL)
- Qualification: CA/ICAI, CMA or ACCA
- Experience: 8-10 years (with 3+ years in head/manager role)
- Key Requirements: Strong SAP FI; manufacturing/cement preferred.
2. Plant Controller
- Qualification: CMA/ICMAI or CA
- Experience: 7+ years plant/manufacturing (or 8-10 years cement/heavy process preferred)
- Key Requirements: Cement preferred; strong SAP CO; costing, budgeting, variance analysis, fuel/power, inventory/fixed assets.
3. Process Engineer
- Qualification: BE/BTech Chemical/Process
- Experience: 8+ years cement process/production
- Key Requirements: Pyro-process optimization; DCS/expert systems; commissioning preferred.
4. Mechanical Inspection Engineer
- Qualification: BE/BTech Mechanical
- Experience: 7+ years cement mechanical
- Key Requirements: NDT, vibration, alignment, lubrication; ASNT Level II / ISO 18436 / API / ASME advantage.
5. Asset Integrity Engineer (Mechanical)
- Qualification: BE/BTech Mechanical
- Experience: 8-10 years cement/heavy industry
- Key Requirements: RCM/FMEA, RCA; CMRP preferred.
6. Asset Integrity Engineer (Electrical)
- Qualification: BE/BTech Electrical
- Experience: 8-10 years cement/heavy industry
- Key Requirements: HV/MV; automation/instrumentation advantage.
7. Procurement & Contracts Officer
- Qualification: BE/BTech or business/supply-chain degree
- Experience: 7+ years industrial procurement; 8-10 years cement/heavy process preferred
- Key Requirements: Cement/heavy manufacturing preferred; SAP MM; CIPS advantage.
Common Requirements
- Fluent English; Chinese O&M contractor / international owner-team coordination
- Strong documentation, reporting & audit discipline
- Gulf/overseas experience an advantage
- Ability to work in a single-status expatriate contract
