Job Opportunity: Category Manager – Leading Dairy Company in Oman
Resource Hunters HR Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Manager for a premier dairy company based in Oman. This is a fantastic leadership role for professionals with a strong background in brand management, product strategy, and retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive product category strategies to ensure consistent brand communication and identity across all activities.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and passion for the product categories, representing the brand internally and externally.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to category teams and other departments.
- Create striking visual displays that enhance the brand’s image and maintain high retail standards.
- Action instructions from the Branding Manager and implement effective replenishment systems.
- Maintain model store standards and ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or an MBA.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the dairy, FMCG, or related industry.
- GCC experience is mandatory for this position.
- Proven track record in category management, brand engagement, and promotional activities.
Salary & Benefits
Attractive compensation package: 1400 – 1700 OMR per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
