Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations and maintenance of staff accommodation camps.
- Plan and manage budgets, resources, and staffing for the camp.
- Coordinate food service (messing), laundry, and cleaning operations.
- Supervise a team of multi-cultural support staff and ensure their welfare.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle resident feedback, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
- Implement security protocols and access controls for the camp.
- Maintain accurate camp records, reports, and asset inventories.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in managing large-scale staff accommodation camps.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
