Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled Baker / Sandwich Maker for a leading chain of restaurants in Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, preparing fresh bread, pastries, and sandwiches daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, sandwiches, and related bakery products.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Baker and Sandwich Maker in a bakery, café, restaurant, or food production environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Must communicate effectively in English.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Age between 21 and 45 years.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: QAR 2,000 per month
- Food Allowance: QAR 500 per month
