Job Description
The Assistant Operator will be responsible for supporting plant operations, monitoring equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient production in a refinery, chemical, oil & gas, or industrial plant environment. The role requires adherence to safety standards and operational procedures as per Kuwait Labour Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating and monitoring plant machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine checks and report any abnormalities or maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Support senior operators in daily production activities.
- Record operational data and maintain logs as required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth plant operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Refinery / Chemical / Oil & Gas or Industrial Plant Operations.
- Candidate should be physically fit and willing to work in plant environments.
- Ability to work in shifts and overtime as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid passport and ready to relocate to Kuwait.
