Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily agricultural operations.
- Plan and coordinate field activities within allocated schedules.
- Handle and supervise labour teams to ensure work efficiency.
- Monitor crop health, irrigation, harvesting, and farm maintenance.
- Report operational progress to management.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and quality standards on the field.
Requirements
- Well-qualified candidates with relevant agricultural background.
- Strong practical experience in agricultural operations.
- Ability to manage field activities efficiently.
- Capable of handling and supervising labour teams.
- Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
