Job Responsibilities
Civil Foreman
- Supervise civil maintenance activities on ADNOC offshore platforms.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to masons, helpers and plumbers.
- Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and HSE guidelines.
- Maintain daily progress reports, tool box talks and material indents.
Mason
- Carry out blockwork, plastering, tiling, concreting and repair works.
- Work from drawings and follow instructions from the civil foreman.
- Keep the work site clean and safe at all times.
Skilled Helper / Civil
- Assist masons, plasterers and plumbers during maintenance activities.
- Mix mortar, carry materials and operate basic hand tools.
- Support housekeeping and preparation of offshore civil works.
Plumber
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipelines and fixtures.
- Inspect and troubleshoot leaks and blockages in drainage and water lines.
- Follow ADNOC safety procedures and complete work permits as required.
Required Experience and Eligibility
- ADNOC offshore experience or similar UAE oil and gas project experience is preferred.
- Civil Foreman: minimum 5 years of relevant civil maintenance experience.
- Mason and Plumber: minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skilled Helper / Civil: minimum 2 years of construction or maintenance site experience.
- Candidates should be physically fit for offshore work and ready to join immediately.
Salary and Benefits
- Attractive salary package with basic plus allowance as mentioned above.
- Rotation: 60/30 for Civil Foreman; 90/30 for Mason, Helper and Plumber.
- Accommodation, transportation, food, medical insurance and visa will be provided by the company.
