Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Factory Manager.
- Experience in manufacturing, production lines or industrial plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Proven capability in production management.
- Exposure to PLC / HMI systems and industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager – Mechanical will lead mechanical and plant operations, support production efficiency, and ensure reliable maintenance across manufacturing systems. Typical responsibilities include:
- Oversee factory mechanical operations, production lines and industrial plant activities.
- Plan and manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Drive production performance, quality, safety and operational efficiency.
- Monitor PLC, HMI and industrial automation systems and coordinate technical improvements.
- Lead and develop maintenance and production teams to meet business targets.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on factory management professional with strong leadership skills, technical problem-solving ability and experience in manufacturing or building materials environments. Candidates must be ready to relocate to Europe and join the client as per project requirements.
