Position 1: Assistant Designer
Salary: KWD 300–400 + accommodation allowance 50 KWD + transport allowance 20 KWD
Experience: 2–4 years in fashion design/atelier, preferably haute couture, bridal, eveningwear, or luxury fashion.
Key Skills: Fashion sketching, garment construction, fabrics and trims, technical drawings, sample development, fittings, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Portfolio required.
Position 2: Assistant Operations Manager
Salary: KWD 400–550 + accommodation allowance 50 KWD + transport allowance 20 KWD
Experience: 4–6 years in fashion atelier/tailoring operations, preferably haute couture, bridal, or eveningwear.
Key Skills: Atelier planning, work allocation, production follow-up, fittings, coordination with cutting/tailoring/embroidery teams, quality control, materials, delivery tracking, Excel, basic costing, and inventory.
Position 3: Operations Manager
Salary: KWD 500–800
Experience: 7–10+ years in haute couture/luxury tailoring and atelier operations.
Key Skills: End-to-end production, manpower planning, pattern/cutting/tailoring/embroidery coordination, fittings, quality control, procurement, deadline management, and team management. Experience handling VIP/client orders and production KPIs is preferred.
