Job Profile / Responsibilities
- Installs, repairs, maintains, and performs preventive cleaning on oil and gas burners, draft inducers, smoke stacks, chimneys, piping, and related equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
- Inspects equipment, performs safety checks, troubleshoots burner issues, checks fuel draft, and makes necessary adjustments to dampers and controls.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of standard methods, tools, materials, and safety precautions while keeping work areas clean, following instructions, and performing related tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI Instrumentation or ITI Electrician or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general Oil/Gas burner repair and maintenance.
- Experience with hot water boiler and steam boiler maintenance.
- Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust burner controls and related equipment.
- Knowledge of safety precautions and standard tools and materials.
