1. Portal Sourcing Executive / HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Key Responsibilities: Source white-collar candidates through recruitment job portals and online social media platforms for Russia and GCC countries.
- Skills: Portal sourcing, candidate screening, social media recruiting, communication.
2. Project Head / Sr. Recruitment Coordinator – Recruitment Operations for Russia
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for Russia/GCC recruitment projects.
- Skills: Project coordination, client management, recruitment operations.
3. Recruitment Coordinator
- Experience: Freshers / Diploma Holders / Domestic or International recruitment industry experience / any other service industry experience preferred.
- Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment coordination, candidate follow-ups, documentation, and daily operations.
- Skills: Communication, MS Office, coordination, willingness to learn.
