Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Workforce Sizing Study for all FM subcontractors benchmarked against ISO 41001 and IFMA standards.
- Assess planned hours, actual hours, travel time and idle time per Soft FM discipline.
- Identify manpower gaps, overstaffing and ghost labour in cleaning, security, landscaping and pest control.
- Produce Optimised Staffing Model for all Soft FM subcontractors per work activity category.
- Develop Ramadan and Hajj surge staffing model with dedicated capacity planning.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Facilities Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in FM workforce planning and training.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and workforce regulations.
- Must have Fluent Arabic and English knowledge.
- Experience with peak-season staffing models in religious or mass-gathering environments.
