Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi taxation regulations, ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax (WHT) and transfer pricing requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports under IFRS.
- Develop and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) for business decision support.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
- Use SAP for financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance processes.
- Manage insurance-related matters and support risk management initiatives.
- Work closely with statutory authorities, auditors and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: CA / CA Inter / M.Com.
- Minimum 10 to 20 years of relevant experience; Saudi manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Taxation, ZATCA, VAT, WHT and Transfer Pricing.
- Advanced experience in IFRS, MIS, audits, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Working knowledge of SAP and insurance matters is required.
- English: read, write and speak. Arabic is an advantage.
- Age between 35 and 45 years.
