### Eligibility & Requirements
– Degree holder with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required for relevant positions.
– Candidates must have valid certifications such as CompEx, CSWIP, AWS SCWI, or ASNT Level 2 as applicable.
– Prior experience in aluminum smelters or heavy industry is required for technician roles.
