Open Positions and Salary Details
- Senior Design Architect – Salary: 1200 BHD to 1800 BHD
- Architect / Design Architect – Salary: 1200 BHD to 1800 BHD
- Senior Resident Engineer – Salary: 2500 BHD to 3000 BHD
- Resident Engineer – Salary: 1008 BHD to 2002 BHD
- Architectural BIM Modeler – Salary: 500 BHD to 900 BHD
- Structural and MEP BIM Modelers – Salary: 500 BHD to 900 BHD
Position-Wise Eligibility Criteria
Senior Design Architect – 1200 BHD to 1800 BHD
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant architectural design experience, preferably with recognized international or multidisciplinary consultancy firms.
Architect / Design Architect – 1200 BHD to 1800 BHD
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary consultancy.
Senior Resident Engineer – 2500 BHD to 3000 BHD
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15-20 years of overall experience, including at least 8-10 years in construction supervision and site leadership roles.
- Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, institutional or high-rise projects.
Resident Engineer – 1008 BHD to 2002 BHD
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer or senior site-supervision position.
Architectural BIM Modeler – 500 BHD to 900 BHD
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant BIM modelling and architectural documentation experience.
Structural and MEP BIM Modelers – 500 BHD to 900 BHD
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of discipline-specific BIM modelling experience.
Important Eligibility Conditions
- Must have GCC or international project experience only.
- Consulting experience is a must for all candidates. Candidates from contractor or developer-only experience will not be accepted.
