Available Job Positions
1. Senior Testing and Commissioning Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for planning and controlling testing and commissioning work of assigned projects and jobs in process as per the terms of agreement and contract. Develop and follow testing and commissioning procedures and ensure implementation of those procedures through the Commissioning team to comply with local QCDD regulations and international codes and standards. Ensure work complies with codes, NFPA standards, Regulations & permits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related discipline).
- Minimum 8 years of working experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
- 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
2. Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Electrical)
Job Summary: The Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning of electrical systems for a variety of projects. The Testing and Commissioning Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians. Duties include planning and managing the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, defining the testing scope, developing test plans, and coordinating testing activities with project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in specialty/industry relevant (required).
3. Senior BIM Engineer – MEP
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant BIM experience, preferably within the MEP construction sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Proven experience working on large-scale construction, commercial, hospitality, residential, high-rise, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
4. Senior BIM Draftsman – MEP
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a BIM Draftsman / MEP BIM Modeler / Senior MEP Draftsman.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordination requirements.
- Must hold a recognized BIM certification.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in MEP Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the relevant field.
