Falcon Services is recruiting experienced Bolt Torquing Foreman and Bolt Torquing Technician candidates for a leading Oil and Gas company in Saudi Arabia. This is a short-term project for 9 months with direct client interviews in India.

Salary Package
- Bolt Torquing Foreman: SAR 1700 – 2200 + SAR 300 Food
- Bolt Torquing Technician: SAR 1600 – 1900 + SAR 300 Food
Qualification & Experience Required
Bolt Torquing Foreman: Diploma/ITI with 5+ years of experience in hydraulic bolt torquing and tensioning, including supervisory experience during refinery shutdowns.
Bolt Torquing Technician: ITI/Trade Certificate with 3+ years of refinery shutdown experience in bolt torquing and hydraulic tensioning activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform hydraulic bolt torquing and tensioning operations using calibrated equipment.
- Use hydraulic torque wrenches, tensioners, and torque multipliers safely and accurately.
- Supervise and guide the bolting team during critical refinery shutdowns (Foreman role).
- Follow approved procedures, torque charts, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily work reports, tool logs, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with maintenance planners and ensure job completion on schedule.
