Apply now.Soundlines Group, a leading technology and real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Program Director – Off-Plan Sales & Commercialization to lead our off-plan sales strategies and drive successful project commercialization across the Kingdom. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven real estate professional with proven experience in Saudi or UAE off-plan markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive off-plan sales and commercialization strategies aligned with company targets.
– Lead project launches, inventory management, and sales planning for off-plan developments.
– Build and manage payment-plan structures, ensuring strong commercial negotiation outcomes.
– Manage brokers, agencies, and external sales organizations to achieve sales goals.
– Ensure compliance with Saudi off-plan documentation, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
– Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
– Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams across projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Basic graduation degree in any discipline.
– Proven experience in Saudi or UAE off-plan real estate sales and commercialization.
– Strong experience in project launches, inventory management, and sales strategy.
– Excellent commercial negotiation and payment-plan structuring skills.
– Experience managing brokers, agencies, or external sales organizations.
– Good understanding of Saudi off-plan documentation, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
– Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Candidates must be able to speak Arabic.
– Age criteria: 30 to 40 years.
