This is a key leadership role responsible for managing breeder operations, ensuring biosecurity, production quality, and team performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee daily poultry breeder operations across assigned plots.
– Implement and monitor biosecurity protocols.
– Manage and lead a team of technicians and farm workers.
– Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
– Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
– Collaborate with veterinary and production teams.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Animal Production, Animal Husbandry, or related field.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in poultry breeder operations.
– Proven leadership and team management experience.
– Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
– Good knowledge of biosecurity, poultry production & quality standards.
– SAP knowledge is an advantage.
