HVAC Engineer
Salary: 5000 – 5500 SAR + 200 SAR food allowance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, facilities management, or MEP operations.
- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Monitor performance of chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), package units, split units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, cooling towers, pumps, and associated equipment.
HVAC Technician
Salary: 2000 – 2400 SAR + 200 SAR food allowance
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HVAC preventive maintenance, preferably in facilities management.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, split units, package units, chillers, exhaust and ventilation systems.
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, and replace filters, belts, bearings, and other consumable components.
