Requirements – HVAC Foreman
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating daily work activities
- Ability to plan work, allocate manpower, ensure safety compliance, and prepare daily work reports
- Strong leadership and communication skills (English required)
Requirements – HVAC Technicians & Electro Technicians
- High level of English communication (spoken & written)
- Experience in industrial plants – preferably mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial facilities
- Valid PTW (Permit to Work) Receiver certification/experience
- Valid driving license with ability to drive at site
- Good knowledge of HVAC mechanical & electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, HVAC drawings, electrical schematics, and layout drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC & electrical systems
- Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) & corrective maintenance (CM)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
