Position: IT Application Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH QSR (QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT) EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Application Manager to oversee our restaurant IT systems, drive digital excellence and support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Application Management: Manage POS (Posist), HRMS, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) & AI platforms. Ensure system performance, updates, patch management & configuration across all branches.
– Integration & Interoperability: Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, payment gateways & delivery platforms. Maintain data pipelines & accurate reporting in Power BI / Power Platform.
– System Administration & Security: Manage user access, roles & permissions. Ensure cybersecurity, compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, PDPL) & data governance.
– AI & Analytics Enablement: Implement AI-driven forecasting, labor optimization & customer analytics. Provide actionable insights to improve sales, reduce waste & optimize costs.
– Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Oversee cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), backups, DR plans & system uptime. Manage servers, networks & IT infrastructure.
– IT Projects & New Store Openings: Lead IT setup, system rollout & change management for new stores. Manage IT projects from planning to execution.
– Vendor Management & SLA Compliance: Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs & performance. Ensure cost optimization & service excellence.
– Technical Support & IT Governance: Ensure reliable L1/L2 support across all branches. Implement IT policies, documentation & performance reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
– Experience in POS (e.g., Posist), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), HRMS, AI Platforms & Cloud (Azure / AWS).
– Strong knowledge of system integrations, payment gateways, databases & APIs.
– Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity & data governance.
– Experience in QSR, Restaurant, Retail or Hospitality industry preferred.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & leadership skills.
