Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Welding Engineering and 7-10 years of hands-on experience in welding fabrication within a manufacturing environment, specifically involving pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and skids.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise welding foremen and welders to ensure quality and productivity.
- Monitor productivity and repair rates; optimize welding processes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with WPS, ASME/AWS standards, and safety regulations.
- Handle manpower planning and resource allocation for welding operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Welding Engineering.
- 7-10 years of work experience in welding fabrication and workshop operations.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and skids.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures and international codes (ASME, AWS).
