**Qualifications & Experience:**
– B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of experience
– Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in EPC fabrication yard projects
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Perform piping and structural quantity measurements in accordance with applicable measurement rules
– Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, and Client representatives to verify executed quantities, facilitate timely billing, and prepare variation orders and contractual claims
– Prepare a project completion report reviewing production constants as a guide to future estimates
– Prepare project performance statements on a monthly basis and in a timely manner
