Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile phones and laptops.
- Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, keyboards, and connectors.
- Perform system updates, virus removal, and data recovery as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mobile and/or laptop technician.
- Knowledge of various brands (Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, etc.).
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
