1. MEP Multi Technician
Salary: 2500 QAR
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Multi Technician in the Facilities Management industry or related field.
- Diploma / ITI or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, lighting, HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of building services and equipment.
- Familiarity with building maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or healthcare facilities.
- Knowledge of CAFM / CMMS systems.
- Valid certifications related to electrical safety or HVAC are an advantage.
2. Mechanical/Cleaning Equipment Technician
Salary: 2500 – 2700 QAR
Job Requirements:
- Valid Qatari Driving License.
- Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Good knowledge of roads and directions (preferred).
- Mechanical experience with cleaning equipment and machinery, including: ride-on machines, heavy-duty road sweepers, walk-behind machines, golf carts, etc.
