We seek talented chefs specializing in Arabic/Mediterranean cuisine and Italian/Continental cuisine. Positions available include Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis I, Commis II, and Commis III.
For Arabic/Mediterranean Cuisine:
– Sous Chef: Must have strong leadership and menu planning skills in Arabic/Mediterranean dishes.
– Chef De Partie: Responsible for a specific section, requires expertise in Arabic/Mediterranean cooking.
– Demi Chef de Partie: Assist the CDP, must have solid experience.
– Commis I, II, III: Entry-level to junior positions; requires foundational knowledge.
For Italian/Continental Cuisine:
– Sous Chef: Oversee kitchen operations for Italian/continental menu.
– Chef De Partie: Manage a station with Italian/continental focus.
– Demi Chef de Partie: Support the CDP.
– Commis I, II, III: Learn and execute tasks under supervision.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in respective cuisine.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
