Key Responsibilities

  • Contract & Manpower Administration: Administer end-to-end Long-Term Manpower Contract processes and ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
  • Manpower Planning & Requests: Initiate and coordinate annual manpower plans. Process, verify and record manpower requests in line with approved plans and governance.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with end users to understand requirements. Liaise with manpower agencies, release advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Request Processing & Planning: Review and validate requests against approved plans. Ensure timely processing of requests in SAP.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain manpower database and CV databank. Track recruitment progress and generate regular reports on manpower status and performance.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as focal point for manpower contract inquiries. Coordinate between Commercial Division, HR, End Users and Contractors to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Contracting Knowledge: Basic understanding of contract types, lifecycle, SLAs, KPIs, vendor performance tracking and commercial terms.

Experience & Competencies

  • High School + 4 Years Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years direct and relevant experience especially for manpower contract administration or recruitment coordination.
  • Having knowledge in SAP S4 HANA (PR creation, PO creation, Invoicing, Service Entry Sheet), Ms Excel and Reporting Tools.
  • Strong skills in contract administration, recruitment coordination, documentation & records management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
