Job Opportunity: Fin Fan Cooling Tower Mechanic
SM Group is urgently hiring for a Fin Fan Cooling Tower Mechanic in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced mechanics to join a growing team.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Fin Fans or Cooling Towers (Gulf experience preferred).
- Must understand basic English to pass CWQAP and WPR.
Job Responsibilities
- Mechanical maintenance of Fin Fan Coolers including fan blades, shafts, bearings, belts, pulleys, gearboxes, couplings, and motors.
- Perform shaft alignment (fan-gearbox / motor), blade angle setting, vibration checking, and balancing support.
- Maintenance of Cooling Towers including fan assemblies, drive shafts, gearboxes, couplings, fill media, drift eliminators, basins, and structural supports.
- Replacement of bearings, seals, belts, and worn mechanical parts.
- Lubrication, bolt torquing, and mechanical integrity checks.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, misalignment, and overheating.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: 1800 to 2500 SAR + other benefits as per company policy.
