Position Details
- Job Title: BMS Maintenance Technician
- Location: Qatar
- Salary: 1700 to 1900 QAR + FAT (Food Allowance/Transportation)
- Interview Mode: Online
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, and other building systems
- Diagnose faults and repair BMS controllers, sensors, and actuators
- Maintain documentation and service logs
- Coordinate with facility management teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BMS Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
- Ability to read electrical and control schematics
- Good communication skills
- Immediate availability preferred
