Job Requirements
- High School Qualification (minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of pool supervision, water safety, first aid, rescue techniques, and public safety requirements
- Physically fit and capable of working in a customer-facing environment
- Lifeguard License/Certificate not mandatory for selection (candidates can obtain later)
