Joncia Marine Services is urgently seeking a skilled Light & Sound Technician to join the team of a prestigious luxury cruise line. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on world-class cruise ships, delivering top-notch entertainment experiences to guests from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain stage lighting and sound systems during shows, events, and daily activities.
- Ensure smooth and high-quality production for all onboard performances.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- Collaborate with the entertainment team to plan and execute technical requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all lighting and audio equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Light & Sound Technician, preferably in a cruise, hospitality, or live events environment.
- Strong knowledge of lighting consoles (e.g., MA, Avolites) and sound mixing consoles (e.g., Yamaha, Allen & Heath).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per cruise schedule.
- Must be an Indian national holding a valid Indian passport.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
