Role Overview

As an Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving service delivery excellence, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the managed services domain.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and proactively address any gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver seamless IT operations.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Managed Services, Service Delivery, or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong understanding of managed services, IT operations, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
