For a leading company in Saudi Arabia, Hamdan Global is seeking a highly experienced Construction General Manager to lead major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, tunnels, maintenance, and water networks.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong track record with major contracting companies in Saudi Arabia
Required Experience
- Road, bridge and tunnel projects
- Maintenance projects
- Water networks
- Experience with major contracting companies in Saudi Arabia
- Strong experience in subcontractor management (technical & financial)
- Experience in site execution and supervision
Core Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management
- Financial management (budgeting, cost control, planning)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Manage teams and monitor performance
- Supervise subcontractors (selection, scheduling, payments)
- Ensure execution meets project specifications
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and implement cost control measures
