RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Preference for candidates with experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
Salary: SR-2,135 | Working Hrs: 12 hrs (including 1-hour break + Fixed O.T)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the field.
– Smart and presentable appearance
– Good English communication skills
– Good personal hygiene (clean-shaven preferred)
– Leadership skills
– Good with numbers
– Preference for candidates with experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance
– Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
– Manage staff scheduling, attendance and shift duties
– Maintain hygiene, safety and food quality standards
– Handle customer complaints professionally
– Monitor inventory, stock levels and coordinate with kitchen
– Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team
– Train new staff and maintain discipline among team members
– Achieve sales targets and control operational costs
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– Contract: 2 years
– After visa stamped, flight will be within 10-15 days
– Accommodation, transportation provided by company
