We are excited to announce an opening for a Rope Access Supervisor to join Tadbeir Company in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals holding an IRATA Level 3 certification to lead teams in complex working-at-height environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise rope access operations on railway, infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and IRATA guidelines.
- Manage teams working at height on bridges, tunnels, stations, and similar structures.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 5–8 years of rope access experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Mandatory experience in railway, infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
- Proven ability to work at height in complex environments (bridges, tunnels, stations, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: SAR 3,000 to 4,500 per month.
