- Qualification: SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in tiles fixing & plastering work
- Required Skills: Knowledge of wall painting, plumbing work & minor carpentry work
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities at FM site
2. Wall Painter
- Qualification: SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in spray painting & brush painting
- Required Skills: Ability to perform AC equipment painting at site, knowledge of wall painting, plumbing work & minor carpentry work
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities at FM site
3. Furniture Carpenter
- Experience: 7 years work experience required
- Required Skills: Furniture repair, Door closure fixing, door lock repair, window curtain fixing, Kitchen rack fixing & repair, other carpentry general maintenance
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of wall painting and plumbing work
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities at FM site
