SHADECO in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor (Assistant Management) to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This is a critical role for professionals with extensive experience in construction or fast-paced industrial environments who excel in warehouse management, asset optimization, and cost control.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the tracking, repair, and maintenance of warehouse assets and inventory.
- Manage comprehensive reporting systems and maintain strict cost control measures.
- Handle disposal processes, receiving of materials, and efficient allocation of resources.
- Direct supervision of warehouse staff, operations, and daily activities.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure effective site management.
- Optimize warehouse assets and layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge and expertise in software applications including JD ORACLE, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of strong, demonstrable experience as a Storekeeper Supervisor or Warehouse Supervisor.
- Industry Preference: Candidates from fast-paced construction companies or similar industrial sectors are strongly encouraged to apply, as their experience aligns perfectly with this role’s demands.
