Available Job Positions & Requirements
1. Storekeeper / Assistant Storekeeper / Sr. Storekeeper
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and equipment as per purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using established systems.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical verification.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to various departments using proper documentation (Store Slip Voucher / Issue Voucher).
- Coordinate closely with the QA/QC department for material inspections and certifications.
- Liaise with internal project teams, procurement, and logistics departments.
- Track material movement from receipt to issuance and maintain clear audit trails.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and housekeeping standards are maintained.
2. Storekeeper Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor
Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the entire store operations and warehouse team activities.
- Coordinate effectively with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules.
- Monitor open purchase orders and track deliveries to prevent project delays.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records and implement robust reporting systems.
- Plan and conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical stock checks.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any stock discrepancies or variances promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Train and mentor junior storekeeping staff.
Eligibility & General Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory for all positions.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 22 and 35 years old.
- Contract Duration: 2 Years (renewable based on performance).
