SM Group is urgently seeking a qualified Flight Coordinator for an immediate position in Qatar. This is a critical role within the oil and gas industry, requiring specialized experience in helicopter programming and operations.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Flight Coordinator to manage and program helicopter operations within Qatar’s dynamic oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe flight operations.
Key Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in helicopter programming or similar operations within the oil and gas industry
- Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency (Level 6) both verbal and written
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of helicopter and support operations and procedures
Salary and Benefits Package
- Daily Salary: Approximately 1,200 QAR per day (Final amount determined after client assessment)
- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off (subject to project requirements)
- Working Hours: 12 hours per day (day/night shift rotation)
- Paid Leave: 22 days paid vacation after completing 11 months of service
- Comprehensive Package: Salary includes provisions for food, accommodation, fuel, all transportation, travel, health card, and gratuity
- Note: Salary is not paid for weekly off days and holidays (festival/government holidays)
