Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Time Keeper
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all project staff.
- Monitor and record employee work hours, overtime, and breaks.
- Prepare timekeeping reports for project management and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies and labor regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in a similar role within industrial or construction projects is preferred.
Store Keeper
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming project materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Organize and maintain the project store for efficient inventory management.
- Issue materials against authorized requisitions and maintain bin cards/stock registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Manage documentation including GRNs, Material Issue Notes, and delivery challans.
- Experience in storekeeping for industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects is essential.
Tool Room Keeper
- Responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain a detailed register of all tools, tracking issuance and return.
- Perform regular tool inspections for damage and arrange for repairs or maintenance.
- Ensure tools are clean, calibrated (if applicable), and stored safely.
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for tool requirements.
- Prior experience in tool crib or tool room management in a project environment is required.
