Available Positions & Job Requirements
1. Facility Manager
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience specifically in high-end housing compounds.
- Proven ability to handle and manage multinational tenants effectively.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
2. High Voltage Supervisor
- Supervise all high-voltage operations and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for transformers, substations, RMUs, and switchgear.
3. Generator Mechanic
- Hands-on experience in performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generators.
4. HVAC Technician
- Skilled in carrying out Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for AHUs, FCUs, DX units, chillers, and VRF systems.
5. Cook (South Indian)
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in bulk catering, preferably within a 5-star environment.
6. General Technician
- Experience in providing support to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams during maintenance activities.
- Ability to execute minor repairs in civil, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and fixtures.
7. Electrical Technician
- Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting LV panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, and associated cabling.
- Responsible for attending to electrical breakdowns and power restoration activities promptly.
Important Note: Candidates for the Facility Manager role must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management.
