Available Job Positions & Requirements
1. SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 25-30 people.
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of access systems.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
Requirements: Must be fluent in speaking English.
2. CHARGEHAND
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 8-10 people.
- Read and understand technical drawings.
Requirements: Must be able to understand English.
3. SR. INSTALLER/FITTER
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and fitting of aluminum and glass components.
- Utilize various tools and tackles proficiently.
Requirements: Must understand English, read drawings, and have extensive knowledge of installation procedures, techniques, tools, and tackles.
4. INSTALLER/SEMI-FITTER
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation and fitting tasks.
- Handle tools and equipment as directed.
Requirements: Must have knowledge of tools & tackles and installation procedures & techniques.
5. HELPER
Key Responsibilities:
- Support installation teams on site.
- Perform general labor and material handling.
Requirements: Must understand and speak Hindi/Urdu, be in good health, and be physically fit for heavy manual work.
